This unit will review what students have learned in Unit 1 and uses more complex logic and instructions to create more advanced graphics effects. Through the study of this unit, students have a preliminary understanding of more complex program logic in a concrete programming environment, laying a foundation for later learning. Students will learn random, conditional, input, nested loop, multiple data types and etc. Students will continue to use math skills to aid coding graphics. Students will practice their skills in observation, critical thinking, communication, and creativity. Students are encouraged to use their imagination to create arts while practicing coding and math skills. Student’s work will be stored in student’s digital portfolio. Class quiz and reviews are available for access at any time during the unit period.
